Refund Policy

We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. Your registration holds a sacred space in a limited-capacity retreat, and your contribution helps support the land, the facilitators, and the preparation of the container itself.

To honor both your journey and the integrity of this gathering, we offer the following:

Cancellations by Participant

​

• Before July 14, 2026:
  A refund is available minus a non-refundable deposit of $200 to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

• Within 30 days of the retreat:
  No refund is available, unless we are able to fill your space from the waitlist. If we do, we will refund your payment minus the deposit.

• After the retreat has begun:
  No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or non-participation.

Transfers

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another approved participant, with prior notice and written consent from the retreat team.

Cancellations by Organizers

​

• In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, regulations, etc.), you will receive a full refund, or may choose to apply your payment toward a future retreat.

Compassion Clause

 

• We hold a small number of spaces for compassionate review of exceptional circumstances. If something significant arises (grief, medical emergency, etc.), we invite you to contact us, and we will do our best to meet you with care and understanding, within the limits of what the retreat can sustain.
